Our name reflects this philosophy. In Sanskrit, “Dharma” represents duty, purpose, and balance, principles that guide every decision we make.

Leadership Team
Manav Surti, MBA, Founder, Dharma Home Care
Manav founded Dharma Home Care to celebrate the wisdom that comes with aging and to help families embrace this stage of life with joy and dignity. His experience caring for his father revealed how the right support can bring families relief, comfort, and much-needed respite. With over a decade in healthcare performance and quality improvement, Manav blends professional expertise with a personal commitment to guiding older adults and their loved ones through life’s transitions. Through Dharma, he is dedicated to honoring elders, uplifting their voices, and ensuring families feel confident and supported every step of the way.
Outside of work, Manav enjoys traveling, reading biographies, taking long walks with podcasts, and spending time with loved ones.
Tamar Natroshvili, MSN, RN, Director of Nursing
Tamar brings more than 25 years of nursing experience across hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and community care. She holds a Master’s degree in Nursing Education and has built her career on a foundation of clinical expertise, leadership, and teaching.
Known for her fair yet firm leadership style, Tamar is committed to building strong, supportive teams and ensuring the highest standards of care. Her passion for staff education, infection prevention, and quality improvement has consistently led to positive outcomes and strong survey results throughout her career.
At Dharma Home Care, Tamar will oversee and guide our certified home health aides in upholding compassionate, ethical, and professional standards of care.
Administrative Support
Faye Hazel Perez, Recruiter & Scheduling Specialist
Faye combines recruiting expertise with a natural ability to connect with people. With extensive background in HR, administration, and nonprofit work supporting international projects, she brings a broad perspective and strong organizational skills to her role at Dharma Home Care. She manages the hiring process from start to finish guiding applicants through each step, ensuring compliance, and maintaining clear communication along the way.
At Dharma Home Care, Faye is dedicated to creating a smooth experience for both caregivers and families. From scheduling interviews and verifying credentials to supporting caregivers during onboarding, her structured approach helps build confidence and trust on all sides. Her commitment to process and professionalism makes her an essential part of delivering reliable, compassionate care.
When she’s not working, Faye enjoys spending time with her three-year-old son, Ethan and exploring her creative side through Canva design projects.
